Fashion|Statement Pieces

Good Morning Lovely's! Today I wanted to talk about Fashion! A big part of fashion I wanted to tell you guys about is statement pieces. We all know what they are, and if not then you are here to learn! Statements pieces are that piece of jewelry, clothing or handbag that sets your outfit on fire! It gives your style flare and edge. I love wearing statement pieces to make any outfit pop! A while ago I was shopping at Forever 21, which is my favorite store ever! They have such amazing clothes and some great jewelry! So, while I was there I had bought this very pinky dress, with small white bows all over the dress! I fell in love with it at first site, but something was missing. A statement piece that made the outfit perfect. They had just received their shipment of spring clothing, jewelry and such. As I approached the jewelry I found the statement piece, and it was just perfect. It was a thick gold chain that sat right on the collar bones. The necklace was brilliant! As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for the dress! I grabbed it right away, with the dress and necklace in hand, I headed straight for register. Now of course I bought other pieces of clothing, how could I not? Most of the clothing that I purchased were shear tops and such, which I just love! Now, as soon as I got home, and put the outfit together with White heels, the dress, my handbag and of course the statement piece. Well I wanted to wear it out right then and there, But sadly I couldn't, because of it being almost ten at night, but that was okay. I wore mine entire outfit that Monday to school with my statement piece! (Not the heels though to many stairs, I might of died). When everyone saw my outfit, some really loved the outfit and others questioned my necklace. Some said, "How does that even work? or What are your wearing?" I simply said to myself, those people know nothing about fashion, their opinions on what I wear don't bother me. They don't matter. If you love it and it makes you feel great, then wear it screw the rest! I really just love the outfit and I have mixed that necklace with several outfits, and they all look amazing with it! I hope you all can find a statement piece that you find, and just jumps out at you! It gives the perfect edge you need to any outfit, and you can pair it with other outfits too.
