So today I wanted to quickly talk about everything that has happened over the past two weeks and also of course Catching fire, One Directions new album and of course Thanksgiving!
To Start off my DECA trip to Phoenix, Arizona was such incredible experience! I learned so much, met SO MANY people all across the western region, this took place 11/14/13-11/17/13.I learned so much about Business, presenting a business promotion and having the confidence to do so. The list of things I learned at this conference is just amazing. I also went to my first basketball game! Which was seriously so awesome!! DECA just as a 1st year, has been incredible and such an amazing experience so far. I can not wait to see what other DECA opportunity's and as well what business opportunity's come my way.
Next, I have just have to talk about The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. So if any of you have not see or read the Hunger game series, this is the second movie so far that has been made. First off, yes I have read all three books and now seen both the first and second movie. Which of course were incredible! The books and movies are just equally amazing, and having you gripping at your seat once the movie is over, or you have finished the books. The books are so incredibly well written, the movies have followed that books so well. Suzanne Collins is such an amazing author! Yes of course, there are bits that weren't put in the movie, but overall the second movie was EVEN BETTER than the first! I have loved the series ever since the books were first book was released, the story line, characters and plot will have to drawn in right away. To anyone who hasn't seen the movies or read the books, you are really missing out on such fascinating and incredible book series. I recommend both the books and movies, you will not regret reading or watching them! Now, to anyone who has read any of the books or just saw the movie...tell me what you thought! Are you Team Peeta? or Team Gale? Personally...TEAM PEETA ALL THE WAY!! I am so very excited for Mocking Jay, they have already started filming it and the movie will be expected to come out 2014 (Part 1). I do hate that it will be split into two movies, but it does make sense, all of the story lines can't all be crammed into one movie. It just would not work. So yes, Catching Fire was so amazing, the two movies, flew by so quick, so much action and intense scenes! Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson...Gosh there just so amazing, such and incredible actress and actor.
Moving on to One Directions new album! Midnight Memories was released 11/25/2013 (Monday). I know not everyone is a 1D fan, but god these boys are so amazing! I believe my favorite is Nial is just...ahh! One beautiful human being!!!! Getting to point of this, the Album is perfect! I have come to really love One Direction, there music, songs and voices have grown so much! They have really come so far, and this really is the cherry on top! If you have listened to the new album..what is you top three favorite songs? I believe my would be 1. Story of my Life, 2. Little White Lies and 3. Right Now. :)
Finally, as we reached the end of November (which this is just really insane, time is going WAY to fast.) November just started, what in the world? Anyway! Just yesterday (Thursday) was Thanksgiving in America. I at the moment am on Thanksgiving break! Indeed I really needed this break, gosh school really takes a toll on you! I just wanted to say to be thankful, this holiday. I am very much indeed, so thankful for my wonderful family. I love them so much and I really don't know what I would do without them. Along with Thanksgiving, I did do a bit of Black Friday shopping! I will have that be in the December blog posts soon! I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday and look forward to a new December blog post by Saturday (12/7), (Sunday at the latest's). I wish I could of done a few more post's this month, but I have LOTS planned for December and the Christmas season! Stay Tuned!
